Sugar – The bitter truth

Excellent presentation by Dr. Robert H. Lustig, explaining relation of sugar, (more precisely fructose) with human health and obesity.

If you’re even remotely concerned about your health and immune system in general, this is a must see.

Personally, I “bought” the story, so I abandonned sugar for the last 2-3 months, not completely though (since it is impossible in today’s society, I do some exceptions here and there, while still being aware). Lost 5 KG in 2 months (I believe most of it fat), not just because of sugar reduction, but also from increase of fibers intake and physical exercise (aka cycling to work) :)
